Today after breakfast we take a scenic ride in the iconic Skyline Gondola and take in the stunning views as you ride the steepest cable car lift in the Southern Hemisphere. Today you have some free time in the city center to explore and do some adventure activities on own.

In the morning we check out and visit the International Antarctic Centre. The world-famous International Antarctic Centre offers an interactive insight into the icy continent. Later we are transferred to the airport to take our flight to Rotorua. We arrive Rotorua and are transferred for dinner. Overnight in Rotorua.

Auckland – Rotorua: Agrodome Show
After early breakfast we will be transferred to the airport for our flight to Auckland and drive to Rotorua. Departing Auckland, the suburban scenery gradually gives way to farmland and the mighty Waikato River will accompany you for much of the journey through the green countryside. At Fitzgerald Glade, the lush ferns and pretty tree canopy signals the approach into Rotorua. A geothermal hot spot, Rotorua is full of steaming vents, spouting geysers and bubbling mud pools. The city is surrounded by mountains, rivers, forests and freshwater lakes, with natural hot springs perfect for bathing and relaxing. Rotorua is the heartland of Maori culture and an ideal place to experience the traditional customs of New Zealand’s Maoridom and the warm spirit of this living culture and as ideal place to experience the traditional customs of New Zealand’s Indigenous people.

The moment of arrival in Rotorua is somehow quite different. There is a scent of sulphur in the air. At the nearby geothermal hotspots, there are spouting geysers, mud pools bubbling and warm geothermal pools and ponds that create a kaleidoscope of colour. Rotorua is also the heartland of New Zealand’s Maoridom and the warm spirit of this living culture will captivate and enthral.
Day 16: Rotorua: Waitomo Glow Worm Cave Auckland

After breakfast we visit the Agrodome for a New Zealand farm show featuring sheep dog demonstrations, cow milking and an introduction to the stars of our sheep industry. Later we drive to visit the Waitomo / Rotorua Inc Glow-worm Caves. Travel through the horticultural farmland and into the lush dairy farm areas. After this continue through the ever-changing scenery, driving around Hamilton the Bridge City, onto the Waitomo region where we stop at Today’s highlight :your guided tour through the famous Waitomo Glow-worm Caves, which have spectacular limestone formations and the roof is studded with the lights of thousands of tiny Glow-worms. Later, depart for Auckland by coach. On arrival, enjoy an orientation tour of Auckland with Indian lunch. Later we visit the The Sky Tower which is a telecommunications and observation tower in Auckland, New Zealand. Located at the corner of Victoria and Federal Streets within the city’s CBD, it is 328 meters tall, tonight, enjoy Indian dinner at a local Indian restaurant.
Day 17: Auckland – Return Flight Home
